Kellie Reich, MA, NCC, APC *

Hi, I am Kellie. I am a clinical mental health counselor who is pursuing licensure. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia. My passion is working with adult (18+) individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem, codependency, spirituality, and life/career transitions.

As a therapist, I believe in a mindful approach to life change. I work with clients to find freedom and a sense of peace. Healing takes time and achieving your goals takes time to reach. I work collaboratively with each client to ensure a safe place to talk openly and freely. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling that uses facets of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness.
